For the last 6 months we have slowly been introducing the concept of 'upfront pricing' to our clients. So far the response and feedback has been exceptional, which is no wonder considering all the added benefits of pricing jobs upfront.

While the concept of providing a fixed price upfront is the norm in most industries, it seems our profession has been extremely slow to graduate from the time based billing stone age.  However, just recently accounting clients have started to voice their true feelings on time based billing, and begun to demand that like everything else in this world, they should be entitled to know how much something will cost them before they agree to purchase it.

At McCann Clarke & Co, all of our clients have the choice to start receiving the benefits of upfront pricing.  We offer upfront prices for complete annual compliance packages as well ad-hoc advice and services.

  • Have a questions for your accountant but afraid of receiving the bill afterwards? Open communication access is often included in our fixed price agreements.  We have found that our clients greatly value the ability to call their accountant  with ad-hoc questions without being charged for each individual call.

  • Cashflow is king! When entering into a fixed price agreement you have the ability to pay the cost of your annual accounting services in four equal quarterly payments.
